What is restaurant reservation software?
It is a tool for organizing dates, times, guests and tables. UnoMesa connects that internal agenda to event quotes, customer records and team coordination.
Can I manage events and large groups?
Yes. Prepare quotes for celebrations, graduations or corporate gatherings and convert them into reservations. Assign individual tables or an entire area from the form or floor plan.
Can I receive requests through a public link?
Yes. Set up and publish your restaurant page with menus, spaces and an event request form. Requests arrive in your UnoMesa inbox so your team can prepare a quote. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking or collect a deposit; your team checks availability and records payments received.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Advanced for multiple locations brings your restaurants under one principal account, with separate data and permissions. Selectively copy settings, menus, floor plans and customers. On the website, one location costs US$55 per month; from two onward, US$45 per location per month: two total US$90.
What does the trial include?
New accounts get 10 days of Advanced without a card. Explore first and choose a plan from your account. You need a subscription to keep working after the trial ends.
How do plans differ?
Basic includes customers, reservations, quotes and the floor plan for 1 user. Intermediate adds employees and schedules for up to 5 users. Advanced adds full reports and expands the team to 15.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, in your phone, tablet or computer browser. No app installation is needed to get started.
How do I learn to use it?
The tutorial inside UnoMesa includes a topic index, step-by-step instructions and tips to avoid mistakes. Reopen it whenever you need.
Does a reminder contact the customer automatically?
No. It appears inside Quotes so your team can follow up. Dismissing the reminder does not delete the quote.
